Today is the first day of the PiYo challenge group I am doing. A group of girls and I are all doing this challenge to help keep each other accountable!! I have been doing PiYo for a while now and I love it! The movement are amazing for toning the body with out any stress on my muscles. I have seen the most definition in my upper body with this program, but then again I didn't finish it the first time a round. I believe that if I can stick with it, I can see that same definition in my lower body as well!! The combination of yoga, pilates, and cardio really excites me!! Wish me luck!!
