Hump Day!
It's no secret to those who know me that my son has never been good at sleeping in. He is usually up around 5:30am. That makes it really difficult for me to wake up and get in some sort of wake up workout. This past week I have been waiting until he's awake to get in a two mile walk/jog, and then trying to get in a workout routine once he goes down for a nap. Thankfully, my husband helps me in the afternoon, so I can get in a good workout!! Today was the first day in a long time I was up before my son!! I was so thrilled, I jumped right into a workout without any coffee or breakfast beforehand. It was only 25 minutes, but I was sweating and feeling good after! I had so much energy I decided to skip the coffee and just have some of my favorite tea, Yogi! Hello Hump Day.... bring it on!
