Fall Inspiration!!

I just had to share how amazing it felt to workout today! I have been packing, living out of a hotel (with a toddler), driving, unpacking, and settling in to a temporary home for the past week. I finally got the motivation and the time to do a morning workout!! It was an amazingly beautiful morning, so I did a workout in our backyard shed! My husband set up a great little space for us, so I was all set to go! The fresh, crisp fall air filled me with so much joy and inspiration to get in a good workout! I focused on legs today, but I also added in some yoga at the end to help me stretch and really appreciate my new workout space. So thankful for FALL, so thankful for YOGA!
