About Me


Hi my name is Rachel Felt. I am 27 years old. I am a proud navy wife and mother of a very active toddler!!  I have always been an active person, but it was not until after I had my son that I became passionate about fitness and health. Like every new mom, I wanted to lose the baby weight but also I wanted to gain control of my body again! I knew I had to make serious changes in order to get truly healthy. I believe that control and change must start in the kitchen. I became very interested in the Paleo lifestyle, but unfortunately I do not eat vegetables. I never have! My solution was to make as many changes in the kitchen as I could (coconut oil products, nitrate-free meats, organic products, and Paleo baked goods). In addition, I began drinking Shakeology! This was my solution to getting my dense nutrition everyday! I also practice clean eating habits, although I still like to enjoy other foods (everything in moderation). I want to enjoy food... because I love it, so I do allow myself to have treats!!
My workouts started small, but quickly became more frequent. I enjoy calisthenics because I like to keep moving during my workout. I get bored easy, so using a variety of moves works for me! The best part of calisthenics routines is that you can mix them up everyday for a total body transformation! I do at home workouts in my garage and I try to walk/jog at least three times a week. In addition, I do the Beachbody PiYo & TurboFire workouts at home!! They are amazing!! I have seen some amazing results from these workouts!!
