Two A Day

Lately I have been trying to fit in two workouts a day. My goal is to do this at least three times a week! Today will be my third day this week I have been able to accomplish this!! Yay for meeting goals!!

  1. I travel about 70% for my job. I wish I could find time to do ONE workout a day, let alone two. This is motivation because the time I spend on my blogging, I could work into exercising. Perspective. Thanks.
